  • The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, optimization, and performance of Sunny Health & Fitness’s digital sales channels. This includes managing product listings, promotions, performance metrics, and day-to-day operations across our Shopify DTC website and third-party e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.com. You will play a key role in improving conversion, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management
  • Own the daily management and optimization of e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.com, and other digital marketplaces.
  • Ensure accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and more).
  • Manage product launches, pricing updates, and promotional calendars across platforms.
Sales & Performance Optimization
  • Analyze and track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, margins, return rate, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly audit site and marketplace listings for accuracy, visibility, and best practices.
  • Monitor and improve customer ratings, reviews, and overall experience.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stocks or fulfillment delays.
  • Forecast demand and monitor stock levels to support sales goals and prevent over- or under-stocking.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and paid media teams to plan and execute promotions, ad campaigns, and email strategies aligned with channel goals.
  • Optimize product visibility through strategic use of platform tools (e.g., Amazon ads, Shopify apps, coupons, deals).
Marketplace Operations
  • Maintain platform compliance and resolve any account health, policy, or listing issues proactively.
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging tools or trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, product, and customer service teams to align messaging, resolve issues, and improve the end-to-end digital shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce account management, digital merchandising, or online marketplace operations
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and other major e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data platforms (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker, or similar)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital conversion optimization
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Experience in fitness, consumer goods, or DTC e-commerce a plus
