We are seeking a Product Marketing Leader to define and drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for Monolith, one of CoreWeave’s fastest-growing vertical businesses. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for turning Monolith’s deep engineering AI expertise into a scalable market narrative that connects with R&D leaders, engineers, and AI practitioners across industries like automotive, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing. Together, CoreWeave and Monolith represent the future of applied AI in engineering—where purpose-built infrastructure meets domain-specific intelligence.
You’ll shape how we position Monolith’s AI for physics-based modeling, simulation, and test optimization—articulating how CoreWeave’s infrastructure accelerates these workloads. You’ll partner closely with sales, product, and field marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into customer success stories, joint value propositions with partners, and high-impact campaigns that drive adoption and revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesPositioning, Messaging & Narrative Development- Lead development of Monolith’s positioning as the premium AI stack for data science and machine learning in engineering, in partnership with CoreWeave’s platform marketing team.
- Create messaging frameworks and audience-specific value propositions targeting VPs of R&D, CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, and CIOs/CDOs.
- Build narratives for the top AI use cases in engineering organizations—1/prediction, analytics and data-driven modelling, 2/test plan optimization, and 3/anomaly detection—anchored in measurable business outcomes.
- Translate technical capabilities into accessible stories that demonstrate Monolith + CoreWeave’s joint differentiation.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting top 20–30 industrial OEMs primarily in the U.S. and later expanding to Europe, Japan, and Korea.
- Build and maintain industry and use-case playbooks that align with verticals like automotive, semiconductor, and other industrial verticals such as manufacturing.
- Develop sales enablement kits and discovery guides tailored for field sellers—equipping them to drive executive-level conversations in R&D and engineering.
- Partner with demand generation and sales leadership to measure and optimize campaign ROI, pipeline influence, and target account penetration.
- Support key event activations, including NVIDIA GTC, AI engineering conferences, vertical-specific tradeshows, and customer roadshows.
- Build and execute a customer proof program including case studies (e.g., Aston Martin F1, major OEMs) and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Collaborate with analyst relations to expand Monolith’s presence with Gartner and other key influencers in Automotive and Engineering Software.
- Create and distribute thought leadership materials (white papers, POVs, webinars) focused on AI in Engineering and AI-driven product development.
- Partner with PR agencies and internal communications to elevate Monolith’s brand through press stories, influencer engagement, and keynote opportunities.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify emerging AI opportunities in engineering, simulation, and design automation.
- Deliver insights that shape product roadmap priorities and vertical solution strategies.
- Establish systems to capture learnings from POCs, implementations, and key accounts to inform GTM decisions.
- 10+ years in product marketing, vertical solutions, or GTM roles in AI, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI or ML platforms for enterprise, ideally in automotive, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to develop narratives that bridge technical depth and business impact.
- Strong track record in ABM, sales enablement, and ecosystem GTM programs.
- Demonstrated success creating and scaling customer reference programs and industry thought leadership.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment, with a builder mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Background in engineering, simulation, or industrial AI applications.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, or GPU-enabled workflows.
- Experience supporting or leading Gartner analyst relations and event strategy.
- Global marketing experience (U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea).
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
