About InfoTrust
InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned  software platforms and solutions company dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.

About this Role

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on enterprise digital marketing leader to own and drive demand generation and growth initiatives for our SaaS and value based analytics solutions. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that support y/y 15% revenue growth target through a mix of content, campaigns, partnerships, and enablement. You’ll manage a talented internal team and external partners to drive enterprise B2B lead generation, position InfoTrust as a thought leader in the space, and build scalable marketing operations. If you're someone who thrives on experimentation, collaboration,  and data driven strategies—this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Create, implement and deliver on demand generation strategies for InfoTrust products and solutions
  • Nurture MQLs through the lead funnel to SQL/opportunity creation stage
  • Work with established brand standards and ensure consistency across all digital (and sometimes print) applications
  • Lead team of specialized marketing FTEs and contractors to produce cohesive marketing content and campaigns
  • Manage marketing department as an internal "agency" in service of other departments, supporting functions like sales, talent acquisition, operations, finance, and client delivery.
  • Work closely with sales team members to ensure they have the materials needed to pitch and close prospects (sales enablement, i.e. professional/standardized product pitch decks, case studies, one-sheeters, etc.)
  • Manage company social media profiles
  • Build and manage company websites (infotrust.com, taginspector.com, ga4scorecard.com) and blog
  • Lead and manage marketing vendors (i.e. video, web/dev, printers)
  • Partner  with company leadership to establish marketing department objectives and KPIs on quarterly basis (in alignment with company initiatives)
  • Handle all PR-type requests and be proactive in pitching to events (as speakers) and publications (as subject-matter experts)
You Could Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have experience in digital B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology
  • Are a “growth hacker” at heart—constantly testing, learning, and optimizing for lead and revenue generation
  • Have experience building and managing partner marketing programs with platforms like Google and agencies
  • Are highly data-driven and use metrics to make informed decisions and demonstrate ROI
  • Possess strong content marketing skills and understand how to scale content that converts (blogs, webinars, case studies, email, social)
  • Understand enterprise B2B buyer journeys and sales cycles
  • Are familiar with the Google Marketing Platform and can review marketing content with technical accuracy
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and can work cross-functionally with sales, tech, product, and delivery teams
  • Are process-oriented and experienced in using project management tools like Atlassian/Jira for intake and execution

Can lead, inspire, and manage a team through transparency, prioritization, and results

Bonus Points If You:
  • Are Google certified
  • Have experience with Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
  • Have experience managing marketing for both product and services lines

You Shouldn’t Apply If:
  • You are looking for a highly specialized role—this role spans strategy, execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • You are not comfortable owning outcomes with clear metrics (SQLs, revenue growth, budget performance)

Logistics:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • We offer flexible work options to suit your preferences and lifestyle. You can choose to work from our office located in Cincinnati, or opt for a hybrid model.
  • Additionally, for those who prefer remote work, we offer the opportunity to work 100% remotely, but prefer you reside in one of the following states: Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Kentucky, Nebraska, Virginia, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
