We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director, Marketing Operations, to lead the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing engine. This role is critical to scaling our marketing impact, enabling performance-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. Your Challenge
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director, Marketing Operations, to lead the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing engine. This role is critical to scaling our marketing impact, enabling performance-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. You'll own the infrastructure behind our campaigns-from planning and budgeting to performance reporting and technology optimization. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence and help transform data into action that accelerates pipeline and revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Marketing Planning & Budgeting
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes in collaboration with the CMO
- Manage and track the global marketing budget, headcount, and vendor contracts
- Drive resource allocation strategies across programs, geographies, and teams
- Technology & Systems
- Own the marketing tech stack-including CRM, MAP, ABM, attribution, and analytics tools
- Drive system integrations and automation that enhance campaign execution and lead management
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance
- Performance & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Establish closed-loop reporting with sales to track lead flow, conversion, and velocity
- Provide insights to guide campaign strategies, channel mix, and audience targeting
- Process & Governance
- Standardize campaign operations, lead scoring, routing, and data governance practices
- Create playbooks and documentation to ensure repeatable, scalable execution
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the marketing operations liaison to sales, finance, IT, and RevOps
- Partner with sales and XDR leadership to align on pipeline goals and lead quality
- Support marketing enablement and internal communications with actionable insights
What you'll need:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations.
- Proven leadership of teams managing marketing systems, reporting, and process optimization.
- Expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, ABM Platforms, Tableau/PowerBI, Excel and other MarTech applications.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience scaling operations in a high-growth SaaS or data-driven organization.
- Adept at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.
