SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director, Marketing Operations to own Marketing Operations for the worldwide Marketing organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for partnering with Marketing Leadership and the local Operations teams in the field, overseeing and optimizing Marketing Operations processes, driving efficiency, and delivering on Marketing targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Marketing Field Operations, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.

The role will report into Revenue Operations and have a dotted-line relationship, with daily partnership, to the WW Revenue Marketing Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the development and execution of Marketing Operations strategies and initiatives to deliver on Marketing objectives.
  • Drive and optimize Marketing Operations processes, including but not limited to operational cadence, pipeline management (for Marketing-sourced leads), and resource allocation for Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to define Marketing targets, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze Marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to Marketing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams in the creation and maintenance of Marketing performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to continuously optimize Marketing tool user experience and adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Finance, Enablement, and HR, to ensure alignment and collaboration on Marketing Operations initiatives and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the global Marketing organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Marketing Operations, and make recommendations for innovation and optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations leadership roles, with at least 7 years of experience managing Operations teams supporting Marketing functions.
  • Experience supporting global teams and partnering with executive leadership to drive Marketing operational rigour and consistency at scale
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate Marketing teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement independently within a Marketing context, while ensuring alignment with leadership priorities.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$183,000$251,500 USD
