Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the vision and execution of Samyang's new brands' marketing ecosystem across advertising, social, influencer, events, activations, and partnerships. You’ll ensure every touchpoint is cohesive, culturally relevant, and drives both brand love and business growth activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, experiential, retail, and traditional channels.

  • Drive brand storytelling and cultural relevance by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and data analytics.

  • Manage internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

  • Oversee IMX budgets, campaign performance metrics, and ROI tracking.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing IMX team, fostering creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Ensure all marketing activities support category expansion and business growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in integrated marketing, brand communications, or consumer marketing, preferably in food & beverage, beauty and entertainment.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns that combine digital-first, social, experiential, influencer.

  • Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional internal teams.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee complex campaigns from strategy to execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging consumer insights and analytics to inform strategy.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, trend-driven environments, balancing creativity with operational discipline.

  • Experience building Gen Z–focused brands with digital-first storytelling and cultural trend fluency preferred

  • Strong e-commerce and omni-channel experience, including DTC and retail media preferred

  • Strong Partnerships and PR experience preferred

The base salary for this position is between $160,000.00 and $190,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
