Momentive Software is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Integrated Marketing to lead and execute our multi-channel integrated marketing programs across a dynamic and evolving suite of SaaS solutions. Serving nonprofits and associations, our company is in an exciting phase of growth fueled by acquisitions and continuous product innovation. This leader will oversee a team of skilled demand & campaign marketers dedicated to driving pipeline growth and revenue, brand awareness and customer engagement across distinct product solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-informed marketer with a proven track record of designing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that scale. You will create a holistic, cross-functional integrated demand strategy that leverages content, webinars, events, partner marketing, sales enablement, email and digital. You will partner closely with product marketing, content marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, from small nonprofits to large associations.

The ideal candidate is a marketing leader who thrives on aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable business outcomes across the entire buyer’s journey.

This is a high-impact role for a creative yet analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will shape the vision for how we generate demand across our expanding portfolio, balancing innovative approaches with operational excellence, while mentoring and empowering a talented team to deliver measurable results.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and implement global demand generation strategy across business segments

  • Lead team of demand generation managers and align with digital, content, sales and customer marketing teams.

  • Establish lead management framework and attribution processes

  • Own demand generation goals and continuously optimize programs

  • Work closely with analytics to define KPIs and performance metrics

  • Coordinate with product marketing and GTM to support launches and campaigns

  • Manage external vendors and agency partnerships

  • Lead quarterly and annual planning for demand gen

  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years managing demand generation teams

    • Demonstrated success driving pipeline at scale

    • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

    • Experience supporting enterprise and SMB marketing strategies

    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

  • Technical/Computer Skills:

    • Expertise in CRM, MAP, and web platforms - Salesforce and HubSpot required

    • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and MQL/SQL conversion

    • Ability to analyze performance data and translate into strategic action

    • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer journeys

    • Experience with attribution modeling tools

  • Other Skills:

    • Inspirational team leadership and strategic foresight

    • Comfort with rapid experimentation and iteration

    • Success scaling marketing functions globally

    • Experience presenting results to C-suite stakeholders

    • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
