As the Director, Global Commercial, BTK CDAC, you will lead global initiatives related to brand planning, launch readiness, and competitive positioning for the BTK CDAC brand. This role will focus on developing a world class brand and launch plan to support an anticipated first-in-class product launch. You will work closely with global and local cross-functional teams and report to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead, BTK CDAC.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Brand Planning and execution

  • Lead creation and roll-out of global brand strategic plan.
  • Chair global brand team meetings.
  • Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Global Market Access, and key country Marketing Leads to create successful strategic plan.

Launch Team lead

  • Serve as global lead for all launch readiness reviews
  • Coordinate with all key functions and geographies to ensure launch excellence

Competitive readiness

  • Lead global cross-functional competitive readiness workstreams to identify, evaluate, and prepare for key competitive events and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Access, and marketing teams to craft responsive and proactive competitive messaging and materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with other GCSO team members focused on launch strategy, operations, and communications.
  • Partner with local marketing teams to support implementation of global promotional and competitive readiness strategies.

Required Education:

  • PhD, PharmD, MA/MS, MBA preferred; BA/BS required
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS with 10 + years of marketing experience or a MA/MS/MBA with 7 + years of marketing experience or a PhD/PharmD with 5 + years of marketing experience.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing and/or healthcare-related commercial experience.
  • Experience in global or regional markets (US, EU, or China) and launch environments is strongly preferred.
  • Background in hematology or highly competitive therapeutic categories is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience with omnichannel marketing and data-driven campaign execution.
  • Prior success in competitive preparedness and market-shaping initiatives.
  • Skilled in integrating insights from customer research, analytics, and field feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • This position does not have direct reports but will require strong leadership of agency partners and cross-functional teams.

Computer Skills:   

  • PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams.   

Travel: 

  • Approximately 20%, including international travel.

Salary Range: $187,100.00 - $247,100.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
