Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will take personal responsibility for the success of new and existing client relationships and make them their own. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Strategist on their team. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating account performance for all our digital marketing products which include organic SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and website hosting. We are looking for someone who is smart, innovative, web-savvy, hard-working, and has a strong passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate must also be passionate about providing a great client experience with the expectation that they will show it in their actions, their attitude, and their execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class client experience that promotes a high level of confidence in iMatrix through service excellence, communication, and product expertise.
- Manage campaign performance and troubleshoot low performing accounts.
- Understand and be able to communicate marketing strategy and digital marketing best practices.
- Communicate with clients via Salesforce, phone, or other electronic mediums.
- Create content marketing roadmaps for clients.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Identify and take action on client opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.
- Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on best practices for SEO and PPC methodologies.
- Provide guidance in issues of a technical nature to clients in a non-technical field.
- Adhere to clearly defined standards and expectations in a professional setting.
- Create new and update existing documentation as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
- 1 - 2 years experience in a digital marketing role is a plus
- 1 - 2 years experience working with Google Analytics & Google AdWords is a plus.
- Google AdWords* Certification, preferred.
- Google Analytics* Certification, preferred.

- Experience with WYSIWYG editors.
- Photoshop, HTML and CSS experience is a plus.
- Understanding of DNS and domain management is a plus.
