The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

We’re seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will own, lead, and execute our paid digital marketing strategy. This individual contributor role is ideal for a forward-thinking, data-driven marketer who thrives in building full-funnel strategies, maximizing ROI, and unlocking new opportunities for growth. This person will also leverage AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to scale, optimize, and continuously innovate our digital demand strategy

Responsibilities
  • Own Paid Digital Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms.
  • Optimize Full Funnel Performance: Design and implement strategies to drive awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, and pipeline conversion.
  • AI & Innovation: Apply AI tools, machine learning insights, and emerging digital marketing technologies to automate, scale, and enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and unlock new paid digital channels to expand reach and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Analytics & ROI: Establish KPIs, track performance, and continuously evaluate campaigns to maximize efficiency, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

  • Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests and apply data-driven and AI-driven insights to optimize creative, messaging, and spend allocation.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend allocation and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid digital campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing analytics, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)

For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
