As the recently formed Global Digital Compliance within the Pharma Technical Operations (PT) Quality organization, we enable the delivery of regulatory-compliant digital solutions with our customers to bring actionable insights and leadership for compliant outcomes for Pharma Technical Operations (PT).
  

In Digital Compliance, we partner across primary global business functions – PTQ, PT Digital & Operational Excellence (PTE), PT-Development, PT-Regulatory, and PT-Manufacturing, and our partners in Global Informatics. Together, we will build a solid cross-functional and inclusive community, put the power of data into the hands of our people, further develop Lean and Digital skills across PT, and scale up our Digital and Advanced Analytics solutions for the benefit of our colleagues and patients.

                

The Opportunity:

  • You collaborate with PT Data Office, Global Informatics, and PT network partners to enhance data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • You enforce compliance with data standards, lifecycle management, and stewardship practices, tracking and reporting on governance metrics.

  • You identify, assess, and mitigate GMP digital data risks, support risk controls and mitigation strategies, and conduct regular risk assessments.

  • You work with PT Quality Policy & Compliance teams to implement compliant data policies, interpret their impact, and lead compliance assessments.

  • You foster a strong community of practice for data integrity, lead training initiatives, and facilitate collaboration among Data Integrity Stewards.

  • You serve as Quality Product Owner for DI QMS components, maintaining documentation, ensuring alignment with Roche standards, and driving continuous improvement.

  • You act as a key advisor to the PT Data Office, aligning compliance strategy with business value creation and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

  • You act as the Information Compliance Lead for PT

Who you are 

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Policy, Law, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications in data governance or compliance are a plus.

  • You have 7-10+ years of experience in data compliance, digital governance, or risk roles, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare sector.

  • You possess strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and data governance standards.

  • You have demonstrated experience in implementing compliance frameworks and managing quality systems.

  • You exhibit excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and partner effectively across teams.

  • You are proficient in data management tools and software, and have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
