Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Design Intern role:

To partner with an aspiring designer who is eager to learn about the design process and gain industry experience. To assist in the design department for knitwear team. 

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with market research of competitors for inspiration and product opportunities.
  • Research fabrics, finishes, and styling details for review by the Designer.
  • Assist with design updates (sketches, line guides, PLM, buyer note updates)
  • Attend fittings for all categories and take notes. Follow up with cross functional teams where needed
  • Assist with fabric and trim approvals/organization
  • • Conduct market research where applicable for the brand

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Passion to learn about the design process from conception to production
  • Receptive to feedback and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

·Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (photoshop, illustrator)
  • Knowledge of basic apparel construction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree as a current Design Student at a fashion design school
  • Sketching proficiency on procreate or Photoshop

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.50/hr to $18.50/hr.
