Provide customer support, research and approve prospective clients, process documents, train new clients on software use, and maintain production information in a proprietary database. The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with Windows and macOS, and experience using productivity, communication, and helpdesk tools. Knowledge of the entertainment casting process is preferred. This is a fully remote position limited to California-based candidates.
This is a unique opportunity to work for an established software company that supports the Entertainment Industry. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and likes to solve problems with a MacGyver like zeal. You will be expected to learn all aspects of the services we provide. All team members are working REMOTELY. We are seeking to add team members who are based in California.
Qualifications
Required:
- Broad experience with both Windows and MAC OS
- Experience with Word, Google Docs, Slack
- Familarity with Chatlio, Freshdesk or similar
- Detail oriented and take great pride in attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Support client questions and requests
- Research and approve potential clients and process documents
- Assist in helping new clients learn necessary skills to use our software
- Maintain and update our proprietary database of production information
Knowledge of the casting process and the role of Agents and Managers is a plus.
