Lead HR strategy and operations across US and select Canadian provinces: recruit and onboard employees, finalize handbook, run training and performance management, manage compensation and benefits, handle employee relations and legal compliance, and promote positive workplace culture to support business goals.

Lead all financial operations including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. Prepare periodic financial statements and reports, monitor cash flow and budgets, coordinate with external CPA partners, analyze financial data to provide leadership recommendations, develop internal controls and scalable accounting processes, and support forecasting, budgeting, and operational scaling to improve efficiency and profitability.
