Salesforce Inc. seeks Customer Success Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Act as the single point of accountability for the customer, managing the orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experiences, renewals, and expansions. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business and IT stakeholders, executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers, becoming an expert on the customer’s Salesforce implementation by understanding their top business goals and priorities. Support customers in achieving their business objectives on the Salesforce platform by: Coordinating the delivery of the Signature Success Catalog of Services as required for the customer. Proactively share best practices, recommendations and guidance for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, Release Management, and Application Governance to optimize their ongoing use of the platform. Advising customers on adopting new features from Salesforce’s annual release schedule and identifying potential challenges and risks to their implementation. Manage high-visibility, global, and strategic enterprise cases, advocating for customers during the triage and resolution of critical technical issues. Assist in the prompt resolution of technical challenges, including debugging integration issues with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other Salesforce products, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Splunk ; (2); SQL (3) Apex; (4) Visualforce; (5) Lighting Components; (6) SOAP Webservices; (7) REST Webservices; (8) HTML; (9) CSS; (10) Javascript; (11) Java; (12) MongoDB and (13) Release Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $133,400.00 - $199,700.00 per annum.
