The Customer Marketing Planning Analyst w ill be responsible for coordination and execution of budget for the Walmart eCommerce and Omni Shopper Marketing team . This individual will ensure the budget is organized and managed appropriately. They will ensure vendors and key customers for specific teams are paid on time and in full. This individual will manage internal systems and payment processing and be responsible as the key touchpoint to the marketing ops team.

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Manages the W almart Omni Shopper Marketing budget and supports in data processing/visualization to facilitate strategic decision making
- Champions and partners to deliver the annual planning process to drive improvements and optimizations across key stakeholder groups ( e.g. connecting with CVPs to build bottoms-up)
- Leads and manages the budget transfer process and develops process improvements in collaboration with Marketing Ops team
- Acts as liaison between internal and external technical/finance budget system owners and Omni Shopper marketing organization in troubleshooting issues or opportunities
- Manages and processes vendor payments and supports Marketing Ops in strategic budgeting priorities
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Ability to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing wor k
- Ability to work with autonomy and minimal direction/oversight
- Proficient in excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
- Eagerness to collaborate both up/down organization with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
