Job Description
The M anager of eCom for the Walmart team w ill be function ing as a key data strategist for maximizing sales volume and eCom market share for Kraft Heinz products solve via Walmart's eCommerce modalities (ship 2 home, pickup and delivery). This Manager will be responsible for total W almart business performance in the eCom channel. This individual will decomp business drivers and drags, assess profitability, and partner to optimize pricing/promotional strategy in the eCom channel.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Builds Kraft Heinz Walmart eCom business with KPIs of profitable sales growth, share gains, revenue targets, special program, new/core distribution

  • Partners and builds strong relationships with eCommerce W almart counterparts and key collaborators ( e.g. site merchant team) to build and execute digital growth plans with strong input on the vision and management through to execution

  • Manages key projects and workstreams to influence cross-functional partners to achieve well-defined outcomes across Media, Supply Chain, Field Sales, Finance, eCatman , Analytics & Shopper Marketing

  • Creates and monitors complex data reports to analyze day-to-day eCom product trends to highlight opportunities and address risks to Kraft Heinz WM eCom portfolio

  • Conducts longer term analysis on competit ive and KH trends to prepare for key business reviews, AOP, and external top to top meetings

Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Prior experience in eCom and/or CPG experience with Walmart focused on sales, merchandising, innovation digital strategy and omnichannel growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a scaled business.

  • Strong understanding of the key tenets/building blocks of eCommerce and digital merchandising. Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and revenue drivers.

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.

  • Exceptional data analytics knowledge/experience with multiple datasets.

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces . Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations .

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
