At our LA-based agency, you'll be the strategic force bridging creative excellence and performance metrics across social platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Creative Strategy Leadership: Guide the development of innovative creative strategies that consistently exceed performance benchmarks across client portfolios.
- Performance Analysis: Lead data-driven decision making by analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable creative direction.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple high-value client portfolios, ensuring creative strategies align with performance goals and client objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $200,000 USD plus performance bonus per year, based on experience
