Key Responsibilities

This is an essential role within the Pearpop Creative Lab team, working in close collaboration with a creative director, along with graphic design, paid media, client services, and business development groups to craft winning strategies and ideas for our brand partners.

  • Formulate educated creative strategies for both new business and existing clients. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator and can concept and articulate creator-driven creative strategies for a wide range of Pearpop brand partners

  • Produce structured creator briefs that clearly articulate an overarching, campaignable idea for creators to execute and expand on

  • Participate in briefs, brainstorms, team meetings and presentations in collaboration with graphic design, paid media and business development teams to establish and elevate the Pearpop brand voice

  • Take on multiple projects/proposals from strategy to launch and provide multiple solutions based on client needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project

  • Translate concepts into effective messages by writing clear, persuasive original copy

  • Elevate presentations and proposals with excellent copy, narrative building

  • Research pop culture and UGC trends in order to keep the team informed and generate innovative, relevant concepts

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years experience in creative strategy, copywriting, marketing or a related field, with focus on social media.

  • 2+ years of experience with platforms like Shopify, Later, Meta Business Manager, Creator Marketplaces, YouTube Studio, Klaviyo, and influencer outreach tools (e.g., Saral, Grin).

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making.

  • Ability to command a room and succinctly articulate thought-leading branded content solutions

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization

  • Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, Figma, and Keynote - We’ll teach you Figma!

  • Active in the creator space and well-practiced in creating UGC and/or branded content

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000k + Benefits + Annual Bonus
