The job

We’re on a mission to transform how women experience health and wellness. As a Creative Producer, you’ll deliver high-performing video creatives for major digital platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving high-volume creative production pipelines, ensuring assets are optimized for Paid UA campaigns at pace and scale.

Why join us? You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to craft innovative and data-driven creative work. If you’re passionate about using your creativity to drive results and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in creative production for UA/Paid Social campaigns
  • Proven success in high-performing, high-volume creative environments (brands/agencies)
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad formats and guidelines
  • Portfolio showcasing video-first creatives for acquisition campaigns
  • App marketing experience is a big plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Experience with modern creative tools (including AI-powered platforms) and a flexible, solution-focused mindset for producing assets at scale

What you'll be doing:

  • Produce and deliver video-first creatives (UGC, motion, hybrid formats) tailored for placements across major digital platforms
  • Contribute to sprint planning sessions with Creative Strategists and UA Managers, aligning production priorities with campaign goals
  • Support in preparing and executing creative briefs for Paid UA campaigns
  • Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and platform insights
  • Conduct competitor ad audits and stay current on platform best practices and trends
  • Work closely with UA and analytics teams to integrate creative learnings into campaign strategies
  • Use available AI creative tools and platforms to support fast-paced production workflows, including leveraging automation to scale output where appropriate
  • Maintain high-volume creative pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery without sacrificing quality

How we work

We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

What you'll get

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
  • Flexible office + home working, up to 2 months a year working abroad
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our privacy notice for job applicants.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
