Job Description

Guide teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates product team's progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminates blockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team, coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimate activities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations. Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college.
Minimum/General Experience: Recent work experience as a senior-level or technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. A minimum of seven (7) years recent experience in the direct performance of a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development at the user and kernel level, computer programming, and /or computer digital forensics.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Computer Science or similar technical
- Strong verbal and written communicator is critical skill for success
- Creative, collaborative, team-oriented
- Experience with JIRA, Gitlab
- Established scrum process and practices using a Scaled Agile methodology
- Facilitated Agile ceremonies such as scrums, agile planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Facilitated discussions with Product Owner, scrum teams, Customers, stakeholders, and others
- Trained teammates to leverage Agile and Scrum tools, techniques, goals, and principles to achieve Organizational success
- Identified and removed impediments to team success by identifying blockers, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving conflict
- Maintained transparency in work reports with regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitated continuous improvement
- Active Advances Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or SAFe
- Deep knowledge, expertise and experience serving as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include briefings, placemats, and other related artifacts
- Experience writing, reviewing and synthesizing technical requirements for technical projects
- Demonstrated history of working with independence and motivation
