The Role and What You'll Be Doing
 

WME is seeking a Coordinator, Entertainment Content Partnerships to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team. Sitting at the intersection of brand marketing and entertainment, this individual will act as the critical link between Fortune 500 brands and major movie studios, networks, streaming platforms, and production companies

In this role, you will support identifying, recommending, and executing high-impact global co-promotional partnerships and product integrations across film, series, and digital content.

The ideal candidate brings brand partnership experience at a major studio, streaming platform, or entertainment agency. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly execute multiple client priorities and complex partnership campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact to brand clients, providing strategic support and execution management of co-promotional partnerships and integrations across film, television, streaming, and digital series content.

  • Act as an agency contact for assigned studios, networks, and production companies to source, identify, and evaluate opportunities across upcoming slates.

  • Coordinate with colleagues across WME Group to identify upstream opportunities, track entertainment IP, and support new partnership initiatives.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of entertainment properties and IP aligned with brand objectives.

  • Support colleagues in building qualified, data and insight backed consideration sets of upcoming films and series that align with brand client’s partnership marketing criteria and target demographics.

  • Author compelling POV proposals detailing a strategic rationale on why specific films, television/streaming series, or digital properties are the right fit for a brand and how it will be impactful in culture.

  • Support the development of structured entertainment-focused briefs rooted in brand’s marketing objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.

  • Support the execution management of active partnerships or integrations– coordinating across brand clients, agency teams, and external stakeholders (i.e. studio, network, or production teams).

  • Prepare and manage meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute recaps that clearly outline action items and delivery deadlines for cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution management of assigned integrations or tactical elements/deliverables on multi-platform partnership campaigns.

  • Build and monitor active partnership work-back schedules; tracking all milestones, deliverables, and delivery deadlines.

  • Coordinate on-time delivery and lead all assets and material management for integration shoots and partnership campaign creative development with internal and external stakeholders/

  • Attend production shoots as needed to assist as on-set brand representative of integrations or co-promotional campaign creative.

  • Facilitate and coordinate entertainment industry relationship development initiatives for brand client such as seeding and gifting programs to active productions (wardrob, prop, set-décor) and writers rooms.

  • Monitor release calendars, cultural moments, tentpole events, and entertainment trends to surface new partnership opportunities.

  • Support ad-hoc sourcing, outreach tracking, and project management coordination as needed.

You Will Have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in entertainment brand partnerships and client services within a prominent entertainment studio, streamer, network, or entertainment agency.

  • Familiarity with brand partnership business models and rights structures for both co-promotional partnerships and integrations across film and series content.

  • Familiarity of on-set production logistics and etiquette, supporting integration executions or custom content shoots.

  • Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, the theatrical landscape, and streaming ecosystems - including key distribution platforms and cultural trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional presentation and client service skills.

  • Strategic and critical thinker who can identify opportunities, connect dots across entertainment and brand objectives and shape impactful recommendations to clients.

  • Ability to build and monitor detailed tracking systems and seamlessly juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Meticulous eye for catching production, creative, data, or legal alignment issues under high-pressure, fast-turning timelines.

  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about connecting brands to culture through the power of entertainment and content.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$52,875 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$70,500 annually
