Trust & Safety Training Specialist

We’re looking for a Trust & Safety Training Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Trust & Safety team, you will provide solutions that will focus on keeping our Snapchatters safe. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with super smart colleagues within Customer Operations to develop detailed training materials while proactively seeking ways to improve processes and workflows for our team.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Trust & Safety team to translate Snapchat’s values and policies into actionable training assets and procedures and help improve quality by assessing policy gaps and opportunities
- Establish and deliver a scalable program to develop, launch, and iterate on training assets to a global team with different cultural norms and sensitivities
- Develop processes and workflows to support our teams
- Ensure that our policies are applied consistently throughout the world
- Measure quality control at scale with tools you help build
- Provide leadership to team members
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience developing training and learning materials
- Experience with learning management systems and software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across the organization
- Able to work independently while operating as a collaborative team player
- Knowledge of a variety of instructional media
- Interest in policy development and knowledge
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for Snapchat, online safety, and creativity!
