We’re looking for a Producer to join Team Snap. As a member of the Creative Strategy team, you will work closely with the Snapchat Creative Strategists and Business Solutions team. You will also work directly with our in-house Design Strategists, external brands, agencies and production vendors to manage video and Filter campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals and merchandise high-profile creative campaigns. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, the Producer will oversee multiple projects and external client relationships simultaneously. The role is primarily post-sale -- focusing on the delivery of best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams, deep knowledge of video production, excellent communication skills in client management, and strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the production process associated with post-sale sponsored video & Filters (inclusive of both recuts and custom shoots), as well as coordinate campaign spotlight recap videos
Partner with the lead Snapchat Creative Strategists to ensure the client’s vision is fully realized
Manage client communication throughout the post-sale development process -- anticipating potential issues during production phase and proactively providing smart creative solutions
Serve as a direct point of contact for third-party video production partners for externally-produced campaigns
Secure final asset approval from client and agency partners
Establish a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience of project management with experience in video
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with advertising clients in a support function
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
Candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial
Proficient in Keynote
Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
Experience in Salesforce and JIRA a plus
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
