**This role is located in Los Angeles, CA. Relocation to Los Angeles is required. Assistance may be provided. 

As our E-Learning Developer & Producer you will:

• Design courses and curriculum, in partnership with SMEs, using instructional design methodologies, utilizing production templates and standards to deliver consistently high quality content
• Record, edit and publish video tutorials, interactive courses, podcasts and other training materials using a variety of tools
• Design assessments that help users certify key workflows
• Publish courses to our Learning Management System
• Keep up to date on the latest updates to the ServiceTitan web and mobile app
• Mentor and work with SMEs during pre-production and production phases
• Present and/or operate as a Voice Over talent when an SME is not available for a recording

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

• 1-2 years of experience in developing visually outstanding video tutorials and e-learning courses using instructional design and development methodologies
• 1 years of experience creating and designing courses (instructional design)
• Expertise with digital media production software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe media Encoder, Techsmith Camtasia, Articulate Storyline)
• Experience with learning management systems and E-Learning rapid development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline)
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to handle juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to grow by learning new visual styles, instructional methodologies, and technologies
• Basic knowledge and understanding of analytics, specifically, as it can be applied to E-Learning
• Demonstrate creativity and technical aptitude in instructional design
