Direct Response Copywriter

This role will report into the Demand Generation team. As our Direct Response Copywriter, you will work to create engaging and effective copy for emails, landing pages, A/B optimization and more. You will be a key player in multiple projects to help the Demand Generation team meet its goals and create a best-in-class user experience.
As our Direct Response Copywriter, you will:
Create engaging copy, especially direct response copywriting designed to drive engagement. You're experienced working with email sequences, drafting copy for webinars, funnels, and landing pages
Help determine which products and features that will most excite customers and prospects and clearly articulate the value they deliver
Develop, scope, and optimize low-funnel growth initiatives that increase conversion, engagement and close metrics
Define positioning and messaging for new ServiceTitan products and features as well as specific audiences
Test data-driven techniques to learn what the correct positioning/messaging for any given product, feature, or campaign should be
Deeply understand the customer, their needs, wants, demands, and desires
Publish content in email marketing systems and CMS platform
Continuously optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
Proof and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Basic understanding of the trades industry
Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing complex email sequences for segmented audiences
Understanding of digital marketing and email marketing best practices
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
