Digital Content Associate
The Digital Content Associate is a key member of ServiceTitan’s Web team and primarily supports demand generation efforts as well as other departments within the company to upload, manage, and edit digital content to provide a world-class customer experience. This position works with stakeholders to build web pages, keep servicetitan.com up to date with best practices, and increase the reach and effectiveness of ServiceTitan’s online content. Diligence and attention to detail is critical to this role.
As our Digital Content Associate, you will:
- Creating and updating prospect facing web content and user experiences in Contentful CMS
- Provide recommendations based on best practices and latest site releases when web page updates
- Accurately update internal ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting on requests
- Communicate issues in advance, troubleshoot, and ensure the timely release of content
- Work with Content Team, Product Marketing Team, and Paid Team to create and edit content, landing pages, and website pages
- Responsible for QA for all digital content to ensure the content aligns with ServiceTitan’s Style Guide and ensure site consistency
- Participate in weekly meetings with our development team to stay up to date on new web components and functionalities
- Use and understand page templates and coinciding components
- Provide feedback on content models and processes to optimize team and workflow
To be successful, you'll need:
- Familiarity with web content editing systems like WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful (preferred)
- Experience with user experience (UX) design tool like Figma, Adobe XD and Invision
- Beginner to intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of conversion rate best practices
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- 0-2 years experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
