HERE’S THE RUNDOWN:

The Content Coordinator supports the creation and distribution of high-impact content across our media and marketing channels. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role for someone who is highly organized and collaborative. You’ll work closely with content, marketing, and production teams to help bring ideas to life, keep workflows moving, and ensure content is delivered on time and at a high standard.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Support day-to-day content and production coordination across production workflows to ensure projects move efficiently from idea to publication.
  • Work closely with the production team to deliver best-in-class content that meets quality, timeline, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate content into strategic assets across multiple channels, supporting audience growth and performance goals.
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and delivery of content for key platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readiness for launch.
  • Support content operations and administrative systems, improving processes that increase speed, clarity, and reliability across teams.
  • Track deadlines, assets, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and solving problems before they impact production or launches.
  • Contribute to the growth and performance of company-owned media, channels, and platforms, supporting established KPIs and business objectives.
  • Support special projects including live events, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives that require strong coordination and attention to detail.
  • Participate in weekly planning and production meetings, coming prepared with updates, insights, and recommendations.

 YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE:

  • 2+ years media, marketing or digital content experience required
  • 1+ year podcast experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Familiarity with content publishing or social platforms
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • A positive attitude and loves to work with a team that is changing the world!

THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH:

  • The Content Coordinator reports directly to the Business Manager.  

LOCATION:

  • The School of Greatness studio operates Monday through Friday in North Hollywood, CA, Greater Los Angeles Area.
