We’re seeking an Associate UGC (User-generated content) Coordinator to help us scale our paid social content engine. Reporting to the Principal Content Art Director, this role will be a critical link between our content creators and our brand. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn, and a strong, clear communicator. An understanding of user-generated content is critical for this role; while a portfolio is not required, one that demonstrates content creation skills is a plus.  This is a hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping the Principal Content Art Director build and maintain an A+ internally-managed network of content creators, continually sourcing new talent from customer and influencer audiences.
  • Managing the day-to-day of creator support, including overseeing sample shipments, overseeing creator communications, and assisting with content feedback
  • Owning creator administration, including contract updates and routing for signatures, payments, and proactive casting
  • Support the Principal Content Art Director in producing monthly internal UGC shoots, including sourcing locations and managing prop purchases and supply needs
  • Assist the Principal Content Art Director with writing and posting UGC briefs as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and 0-2 years’ experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and low ego

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating or sourcing content for brands, especially for our demographic: parents of younger children
  • Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-90k based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-90k based on experience.
