JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content Coordinator is a key part of the editorial team, responsible for merchandising content across FOX's direct-to-consumer product. This role supports the content strategy across sports, entertainment, and news, ensuring the app remains fresh and engaging for users. The ideal candidate has a strong editorial eye, a passion for media, and an ability to translate business priorities into smart merchandising decisions. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Merchandise app content aligned with editorial strategy and business priorities

  • Partner with FOX sports, entertainment, and news teams to surface priority content

  • Lead merchandising execution on the Fox One Collections page with channel partners and manage day-to-day communications

  • Track content performance using analytics tools

  • Optimize carousel placements to boost engagement and discoverability

  • Keep the DTC app fresh, dynamic, and relevant

  • Support editorial planning and execution across dayparts and events

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to learn quickly

  • Experience working with editorial, programming, or streaming content teams

  • Understanding of merchandising principles for digital products or streaming services

  • Experience with CMS tools or merchandising platforms

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret performance data

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Passion for news, sports, and entertainment content 

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Prior work at a media or streaming company

  • Knowledge of audience behavior and trends in DTC platform

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-35.10 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
