About the Job:We’re looking for a Content Producer to power the day-to-day creative execution of the Doodle Labs marketing team. You’ll turn complex robotics technology and real customer success stories into engaging content while keeping our events and campaigns running seamlessly. 

In this role, you’ll combine hands-on content creation (from social posts and sales collateral to event visuals and presentations) with trade show and campaign execution that helps bring our brand to life for customers around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team, plus sales and engineering to make sure every asset and event reflects our brand’s innovation and energy. 

What You Will Be Doing:

    Content Creation

    • Draft, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and sales collateral

    • Support development of presentations, case studies, and customer-facing materials

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice

    • Produce video and photography content in the office and at field demonstrations

    Trade Show & Event Support

    • Help plan, coordinate, and execute major trade shows and conferences

    • Manage event logistics including vendor communication, booth setup, shipping, and promotional materials

    • Track deadlines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution

    • Provide post-event reporting, including lead organization and performance insights

    • Travel occasionally to key trade shows as needed

    Campaign Support & Operations

    • Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms

    • Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports

    • Maintain marketing inventory (brochures, samples, and promotional items)

    What We Need to See:
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or event coordination

    • Strong writing and editing skills with sharp attention to detail

    • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

    • Experience supporting trade show logistics or vendor coordination

    • Familiarity with marketing tools (LinkedIn, email platforms, CRM systems)

    • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

    Compensation Range:Total Compensation (including Performance-Based Bonuses): $75,000–$90,000 annually
