Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Composite Fabrication Machine Operators (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. The position is for Shift 1 or 2, will be determined after interview. Shift preference is granted to teammates based on their seniority.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks
  • Composite bagging and forming
  • Composite drilling and bonding
  • Tooling preparation
  • Machine set up and operation
  • Overhead crane operation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level B: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)
  • Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data

Summary pay range for Entry-Level (Level A): $44,100-53,900
Summary pay range for Associate (Level B): $52,200 - $63,800
