We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Client Executive for our Los Angeles, CA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, managing a profitable book of business and acquiring new clients.
We will count on you to:
- Maintain and expand an existing book of complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties.
- Identify clients’ and prospects’ risks needs and recommend the most effective services, products, and solutions that align with their objectives.
- Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts and growth areas by leveraging market insights and internal product knowledge.
- Lead the Marsh client service team by setting its goals, monitoring its progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on comprehensive account reviews and collaboration with internal specialists.
- Preserve strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts, address escalated issues, and represent Marsh at industry events and conferences.
What you need to have:
- Active P&C license
- Proven experience managing and growing complex commercial clients.
- Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and product/service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commitment to upholding business and compliance standards.
