Serves as the primary client-facing pharmacy audit expert, presents recommendations, mentors team members, supports business development, and improves audit methodologies and technology-enabled tools.

Manage a complex book of commercial insurance business including renewals, client retention, technical policy advice, claims handling, and AR/AP. Provide client communication and service, use the Sagitta agency and document management systems, mentor associates, and support professional growth and problem solving.
