Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
  • Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support
  • Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to move cases forward
  • Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
  • Strong communicators with a client-focused approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning and using new systems
  • Positive, coachable, and team-oriented
Compensation

Position Details
  • Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
