Job Description

The Campaign Management team is responsible for end-to-end project management and cross-functional support of all Marketing campaigns. Success includes managing all aspects of campaign workflows: creative planning, timelines, and asset management, with clear communication and visibility
for all internal and external stakeholders. Campaign Management ensures day-to-day operations run as efficiently as possible, with the ability to pivot and quickly problem-solve in response to constant evolving changes, priorities and obstacles.

Responsibilities

● Campaign Roadmap Management (Original Series and Brand)

  • Creates campaigns in project management tool Adobe Workfront and adds all necessary information, keeping it updated on an ongoing basis with latest materials
  • Sets dates for campaign milestones and schedules meetings, ensuring all stakeholders can attend
  • Sends reminders to stakeholders to fill out decks when needed
  • Creates and distributes notes from roadmap and core team meetings as necessary
  • Ensures cross-functional alignment by communicating any marketing timeline updates or key information from greenlight through post-finale
  • ○ Presents key campaign updates in weekly Marketing & Publicity Status meetings

● Creative Asset Management

  • Opens and monitors video, design, and interactive jobs in Workfront
  • Ensures on-time and successful delivery of all internal and external creative assets
  • Creates and disseminates workbacks and timelines for assets with internal and external partners
  • Manages review and approval process with stakeholders
  • Sends Creative Lock emails for assets, alerting stakeholders of key information inclusive of asset debut date and time
  • Secures music licensing for applicable video assets and tracks expiration dates, flagging when assets need to be pulled down

● Agency Relationship Management

  • Onboards external agencies for Originals and Brand Marketing
  • Ensures new agencies receive necessary security clearances and legal documents (NDAs or MSAs) before briefing or sharing assets
  • Executes SOWs for all deliverables with Legal, ensuring they are updated with any changes to scope or costs
  • Shares all necessary materials including branding guidelines, scripts, screeners, photography, GFX packages, episodes, etc. with agency

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-6 years of creative project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency
  • Strong project management skills required, including organization, great attention to detail, and the ability to balance numerous projects at once with competing deadlines
  • Experience working with various roles across internal teams and agency partners, shepherding a project from intake through delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Asana, etc.

Compensation

$86,000-$96,000
