Senior Integrated Campaign Manager

The Fastly Growth Marketing team is looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical Sr. Integrated Campaign Manager to own and elevate our demand generation campaign efforts. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will work in close partnership with two peer Campaign Managers and be responsible for leading the design and execution of high-impact, end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness and demand, build pipeline, and drive net-new revenue growth for our core offerings.

This is a highly visible, results-oriented role where you will act as a key collaborator, "quarterbacking" initiatives across marketing and sales to support our business goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who is comfortable being both strategic and tactical, with a passion for helping organizations protect and power their digital experiences at the origin or edge.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of complex, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, web, email, events, social, ABM) to achieve MQL, pipeline, and revenue goals; including managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring all activities are tracked and measured to demonstrate ROI.
  • Act as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team—including product marketing, content, digital media, creative, and field marketing—to ensure seamless execution and a cohesive customer journey.
  • Partner closely with sales and sales development leadership to develop and accelerate pipeline in target accounts, ensure tight go-to-market (GTM) alignment, and create a continuous feedback loop for optimization.
  • Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights and regular updates to marketing and sales leadership. Use data to rigorously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to source and develop compelling messaging, thought leadership, and campaign assets that resonate with our technical audience and address key pain points.
  • Continuously identify and test new methods, activations, channels, content, and tactics to drive demand generation and improve campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B demand generation or integrated campaign management, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company selling to a technical audience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, paid media, email, events, ABM, webinars).
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven, 'own the results' mindset; you must be a proactive problem-solver, biased toward action and able to optimize for ROI.
  • Extensive experience project managing various cross-functional stakeholder team members including Product Marketing, Content, Brand Design, Data Analytics, and Paid Media to effectively build campaign programs in accordance with launch timelines
  • Deep, hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred) platforms, along with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and a desire to leverage data to inform campaign decisions and optimizations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex campaign strategy and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:

  • Expertise in running campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, including brand awareness, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion programs.
  • Proven experience in vertical marketing
  • Experience with webinar programs that drive net new account engagement and demand.
  • Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and intent platforms (e.g., 6Sense).
  • Direct experience marketing cyber security, networking, or edge compute or adjacent products
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics like PPC, paid social, and content syndication.

  • This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
