Our Revenue Operations team is seeking a Business Systems Administrator who will support all sales tools and systems that are used throughout the business. This role will function as an administrator of Salesforce and Certinia and other integrated business applications and tools. You will support business objectives by gathering and developing requirements, then converting those requirements into solutions. These solutions will improve the functionality and performance of the systems and tools our teams rely on.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain Dragos’ Salesforce instance, including Certinia, covering user accounts, roles/permissions, workflows, and configurations.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards according to business requirements.
  • Oversee Salesforce and Certinia (PS & CS Cloud) upgrades, testing, configuration and automation, while managing Certinia analytics reporting and preparing teams for system changes. 
  • Assist with Salesforce integrations with other business systems and applications such as Jira, Clari, Loopio, Zoominfo, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors or issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and improvements and translate these requirements into solutions to improve the function and performance of Salesforce, Certinia, and integrated tools.
  • Train end-users on existing and new tools as necessary.
  • Implement best practices and optimize points of automation and legacy processes currently built into Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce and Certinia reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce and Certinia releases and implement new features and functionalities as they apply to Dragos.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, system configurations, and training materials. 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • 2+ years of Certinia administration experience. 
  • Experience creating and editing Flows. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
  • Exposure to managing integrated tools such as Jira, UKG, Clari, Loopio, Allbound, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Tableau, etc. (or similar) is a plus. 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $95,000
