What You’ll Be Part Of:
iSpot.tv is changing how brands, agencies and networks measure and assess the impact of TV advertising. The iSpot service connects TV advertising to actual business outcomes, empowering the world’s top brands to plan, measure and optimize their TV campaigns and understand the influence they have on driving business growth.
Our Technical Operations team provides mission critical support of our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. We optimize processes, implement technology, and analyze performance to deliver business insights. The Sr. Business Systems Engineer will manage the design and coding of business solutions to extend and optimize the use of our business software applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, SF Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Zendesk, Mulesoft, Highspot and more. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic company, ideal for a multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail oriented, and is driven to identify and implement improvements.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, designing and implementing new solutions for business needs and enhancements to existing solutions, integrating platforms, platform administration, basic project management, troubleshooting and problem solving, reporting, and other assigned activities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an administrator for key business software applications and integrations, including but not limited to scoping, design, development, testing, integration and ongoing support of integrated systems serving every stage of the customer relationship lifecycle.
- Enable end users enhance productivity with technical solutions and streamlined process automation, leveraging out of the box features to scale business as needed
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical team members to problem solve and take business requirements from concept to delivery.
- Support the design and implementation of the Role Based Access controls and implementation of the least privileged security models to ensure business optimization with secure, SOX compliant controls
- Identify new opportunities to use existing capabilities of applications and increase utilization and return on technology investment.
- Assist business reporting stakeholders and ensure that data models can support analytic needs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ year’s experience as an application administrator, engineer, or equivalent
- Salesforce Administrator certification and/or experience
- Experience evaluating and implementing sales/revenue, finance and operations technologies
- Creative problem solver with strong communication and listening skills and a positive approach
- Laser-like focus on the details; mature SDLC lifecycle experience including monitoring/incident management support
- Ability to build analytics/analysis of usage by product and feature or capability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Team player with ability to work in a high-energy team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Netsuite, Mulesoft, and Highspot is a plus
- Experience with dbt is a plus.
Target cash compensation range: $87,930 - $108,160 USD Annually
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
