- Lead the development, coordination, and integration of all program-level external reporting materials tailored for diverse high-level audiences, including suppliers, the Boeing Board of Directors, and executive leadership such as the CEO. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, synthesize, and incorporate input and feedback from multiple departments, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive communication materials that reflect the program's status and strategic direction
- Provide executive-level support to the Senior Director of 737 Business Operations by managing complex meeting logistics, preparing impactful presentations, and driving special projects that advance business priorities and operational excellence
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across various functions and organizational levels, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and fostering a collaborative environment to support program success
- Guide and facilitate the development, integration, and execution of comprehensive programs, strategic plans, and operational processes that align with business goals
- Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of an overarching management system architecture by applying Program Management Best Practices, ensuring standardized processes that enhance program efficiency and governance
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the production system and independently conduct thorough fact-finding and analysis across teams, proactively identifying issues and opportunities with minimal supervision to support informed decision-making

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role
- 5+ year of experience with strong presentation skills and the capability to effectively communicate data in Senior and Executive Leadership briefings
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
- 5 + years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
- Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes
- Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
- Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations
