Responsibilities
Develop short, mid and long-term customer development and execution plan
based on the company's strategy and business development needs.
Explore new customer resources to load the factory, establish strong
cooperative relationships with target customers, identify and address their
requirements in a proactive manner
Based on specific customer needs, define customer development plan and
conduct business negotiations independently, and responsible for end-to-end
fulfillment of customer needs
Expand new cooperation channels, explore and promote innovative cooperation
models, and continuously generate high-quality customer resources for the
company through partnerships.
Responsible for developing and delivering customer projects with internal and
external stakeholders
Collect market intelligence on industry demand and competitors to ensure the
business development strategy is relevant
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong willingness to win and ability to cope with challenging and ambiguous
business environment
With 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, strong market
expansion capabilities, and excellent abilities in cold calling and customer
prospecting and good communication skills
Experience in plastic container industry is a plus.
Possess excellent customer service awareness and business acumen, be
capable of withstanding work pressure, and be willing to engage in challenging
work.
Possess strong business negotiation skills and be proficient in using office
software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other related tools.
Candidates with experience in B2B enterprise market expansion and marketing
will be given priority. Preference will also be given to those with established
corporate client resources
