Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for sales execution, covering opportunity management, guided selling, forecasting, and deal progression.
- Design and deploy scalable, AI-assisted workflows that improve productivity, visibility, and win rates.

A Day in the Life
- Your morning might begin with a forecast alignment call, where you identify process gaps and pain points across opportunity stages. After, you might review usage data from the guided selling platform to uncover low-adoption areas. You'll meet with Tech and Ops partners to prioritize enhancements and define requirements for new seller workflows.
- In the afternoon, you could host a feedback session with frontline managers and then prepare a dashboard update for executive leadership showcasing trends in pipeline conversion and forecast improvements derived from new technologies. You're constantly balancing tactical fixes with longer-term innovation.

With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
