* Job summary
* Responsible for driving Microsoft security sales growth of CDW's Managed Security Services catalog. Primarily working with CDW sales teams, develop pipeline and facilitate sales. This individual generates new business through various business development activities including identifying and strategically targeting accounts, mentoring inside sales and field sales teams prospecting, networking and building relationships.
* What you will do
* Develop and manage a sales strategy to meet or exceed bookings targets.
* Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and visibility activity by keeping a current pipeline using forecasting tools.
* Collaboratively work with Account Managers, Security Presales, Account Executives, Security ISA's and FSA's identify and facilitate opportunities.
* Work with sales management to identify specific behaviors, knowledge, and skill areas for focus and evaluation for development of the general Account Manager audience.
* Works closely with various stakeholders throughout the company including inside sales teams, field sales, sales management, program management, finance, counsel, services team, solution architects, et al.
* Participates as a subject matter expert in conjunction with sales leaders throughout the proposal process.
* Represents company at external business networking opportunities, conferences and events.
* Attends Client onsite meetings, business reviews, and industry days, as needed.
* Assists sales team education for target services to maximize sales potential.
* Drives incremental revenue and profit growth through contract wins and strategic sales initiatives.
* Identifies trends in Client purchasing patterns and enacts specific plans to help sales teams capture a greater share of business.
* Identifies key contract opportunities and maintains a pipeline. Participates in annual planning sessions.
* Articulates value proposition to partners and Clients.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience selling managed Microsoft security services, including 1 year experience working on large contract pursuits; OR
* 9 years experience selling managed Microsoft security services, including 1 year experience working on large contract pursuits
* Strong understanding of the managed security services market
* Proven ability to influence across all functions of an organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated collaboration behavior with excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information. Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology. Ability to organize and prioritize. Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines. Pay range: $50,000 - $78,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 33.34% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
