Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will drive project management initiatives and work closely with senior leaders on key strategic projects. You will also facilitate, monitor, and reconcile the preparation of financial budgets and profitability reports, and analyze customer and manufacturing trends. Exceptional people skills are essential, as you will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you must possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently present and articulate ideas.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with management to formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) & monitor and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis and periodically present the achievement of objectives to the Director during departmental performance reviews.
  • Diligently maintain the Director’s daily business calendar and effectively coordinate and schedule business meetings as required to ensure the optimization of the Director’s work routine.
  • Facilitate, monitor, and reconcile the preparation of financial budgets, costing reports, and profitability reports, and analyze the same to ensure accurate management of information and the achievement of budgeted targets on behalf of the Director.
  • Research and analyze customer and manufacturing trends in terms of product changes, seasonal variations, and market shifts; be technically savvy within your respective areas and demonstrate the ability to apply the information obtained to support the Director and top management in decision-making.
  • Follow up on projects initiated by the Business Director by driving project tasks as per agreed timelines and providing timely updates to ensure successful project completion.

Key Requirements:


  • Completed Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear & insight-driven dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
