In this role, we are looking for an active team member to build a strategic link between the units’ capabilities and the business objectives by contributing to profitability and controlling cost whilst recognizing opportunities and rapidly changing with customer and business requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze research information from a wide range of sources and provide better insights and facilitate the process of decision making.
- Assist and coordinate special customer / stakeholder visits.
- Self - development plan as per required development areas & work towards achieving the same & Effective Communication with customer / supplier & Internal teams with commitment to learn.
- Drive group-wide strategic initiatives, including LRP, budgets, board meetings, and other key projects, while assisting in strategy formulation and execution.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and awareness across teams, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and alignment.
- Prepare corporate and customer specific presentation content as per when the requirement is highlighted.
- Ensure effective coordination of all meetings initiated by the Director's office, maintaining a structured cadence, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups for seamless execution.
- Ensure successful end-to-end execution and timely delivery of all tasks assigned by the Director, from initiation to completion, with clear benefit recognition, full implementation, and high standards of quality and efficiency.
KNOWLADGE AND SKILLS:
Degree in Business Management, Business Analytics or any related field.
1 – 2 years of experiences in relevant field.
Skills in MS platforms including Excel and PowerPoint Analytical & Data.
Interpretation Skills Strategic Planning Skills Project Management Skills.
Communication & Presentation Skills Stakeholder & Relationship Management.
