We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead and execute the Brand Experience at MeUndies, ensuring our brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every consumer-facing touchpoint.

This role will oversee our Social Media, Creator, and Affiliate programs while helping shape and execute our broader brand strategy. We're looking for someone with a builder mentality who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership without being asked, and relentlessly pushes initiatives from idea to execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable developing long-term plans and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

They will partner cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life, strengthen brand affinity, and drive measurable business impact across channels.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Los Angeles office

What You'll Do

Own and scale MeUndies' creator ecosystem

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our UGC, influencer, and affiliate programs.
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate creator, influencer, and affiliate partnerships that expand MeUndies' reach, cultural relevance, and business impact.
  • Develop monthly creative briefs for creators and influencers, ensuring content aligns with brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and business objectives.
  • Own the affiliate marketing roadmap, including partner recruitment, agency management, program optimization, and performance reporting.

Drive social strategy and brand storytelling

  • Own the monthly social media strategy and content planning process, developing channel briefs and content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, key business moments, and brand priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure seamless execution while providing strategic direction, feedback, and support.
  • Stay ahead of consumer trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for MeUndies to show up in relevant and impactful ways.

Lead brand activations and cross-functional initiatives

  • Plan and execute brand events, partnerships, and experiential activations that deepen consumer engagement, generate buzz, and strengthen brand affinity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and Merchandising teams to bring integrated campaigns and brand moments to market.
  • Support go-to-market planning by helping define channel strategies, activation plans, and timelines across owned, earned, and partner channels.

Create momentum and drive results

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the brand, improve performance, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Drive projects from concept through execution, creating alignment, removing blockers, and ensuring initiatives move forward with urgency.
  • Establish clear goals, success metrics, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Measure and report on creator, affiliate, social, and event performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve business results.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs based on data, customer feedback, and market trends.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building and managing creator, influencer, affiliate, or social programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience planning and executing successful brand events, partnerships, or experiential activations.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, and digital consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and translating business objectives into compelling consumer-facing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

What Sets You Apart

  • You have a strong bias for action and a reputation for making things happen.
  • You don't wait for direction—you identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive execution.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
  • You hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables.
  • You are naturally curious, highly resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
  • You have a track record of leading initiatives that created outsized impact relative to your role or resources.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 -$130,000. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
