The Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for increasing short- and long-term revenue growth potential at targeted Financial Institutions and responsible for effectively communicating and managing the nuances of the cultural requirements. Serve as educator to Financial Institutions concerning all services, products and processes offered by Deluxe through direct client contact, relationship building and marketing.
Job Duties
Relationship building: Individually or in partnership with Client Sales Executive, meet with non-English speaking clients and/or potential clients. Develops new relationships with potential non-English speaking clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with non-English speaking clients. Travel to local, area, regional, or national locations to source new clients, develop existing client relations, and/or manage clients to increase service levels to clients.
Serves as client manager, liaison, and relationship specialist between Account Managers and Financial Institutions and end users/customers. Through bilingual/cultural knowledge and understanding of current and emerging market trends, attract and retain customers to achieve or exceed business goals, accuracy and customer satisfaction goals.
Provide clear direction and training to Team Manager, Client Sales Executive and other Deluxe personnel concerning cultural understandings, opportunities and relationship-building between non-English speaking clients and potential clients and Deluxe employees.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Customer service, customer development and/or customer maintenance experience
Basic computer operation skills
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in Marketing or Customer Service.
Strong attention to detail.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $24.50 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
