The Marketing Campaign Specialist will serve as a critical member of our commercial team, ensuring timely, relevant and clear communication to our applicant base, our borrower clients and the veterinarians who rely on us to be at out best.
This role will be key to our growth strategy, serving as an advocate for innovation across our customer data environment, and building on the enterprise grade investments the business has made over the past twelve months in this space. The ideal candidate for this role should be obsessed by the possibilities of using data to create great experiences for customers, both B2B and B2C, and driven to be a part of bringing those experiences to life across all phases of the process.

What you'll do
- Reporting to Scratch's Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns leveraging CRM (Hubspot) and Data Warehouse (Google Cloud) data.
- This role will work across all elements of the borrower and practice lifecycle including application, finalization loan servicing.
- As an end-to-end driver of campaign strategy, this role will help set targets, ensure data availability for segmentation and targeting, own campaign testing & reporting processes and make recommendations for future optimization.
What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with a history of exceptional data-driven marketing campaign execution; working as a partner across technology, marketing, design and operational stakeholders to achieve results in a team-first environment.
Expected qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience implementing and managing CRM strategies, ideally in a B2B2C or multi-sided platform environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and their integration with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in planning, executing, and analyzing CRM marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets through both ad hoc research and structured approaches (e.g. A/B Testing, Attribution)
- Experience in utilizing data analytics tools such as Looker, Sigma Computing, or similar.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or data analytics preferred.
- Experience working in FinTech, HCIT or similarly regulated industries preferred.
