Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for critical healthcare applications and services
• Drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents while coordinating resources across application, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams
• Participate in on-call rotation and major incident war rooms
• Monitor application health, system performance, and customer-impacting issues
• Ensure restoration objectives and SLA commitments are achieved
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities following major incidents
• Create high-quality Problem Records and preventive action plans
• Track corrective and preventive actions through closure
• Identify recurring incident patterns and recommend permanent solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and resilience
• Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs
• Develop runbooks, support documentation, and operational playbooks

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Operations Engineering
• 2+ years supporting enterprise-scale applications in production
• Experience leading P1/P2 incident response and RCA activities
• Strong ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• MySQL skills and familiarity with Hasura

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
