Participates in 24x7 on-call operations and collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, database, cloud, network, and security teams.

Leads the vision, architecture, and delivery of AI/ML solutions for prior authorization. Responsibilities include building scalable AI platforms, deploying LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions, establishing model governance and monitoring, ensuring healthcare regulatory compliance, and mentoring technical leaders. The role owns delivery from experimentation through production support and drives AI engineering standards, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.

Identify health care business customers, build relationships with agents and brokers, and increase sales of health care products to small businesses. Educate brokers on products and pricing, evaluate competitive offerings, and recommend suitable products. The role requires insurance sales licensing, prior insurance sales experience, and reliable transportation.
